Organising a Christmas event at your centre can be a huge headache. You need to decide on a date that suits everyone, it's hard to get appropriate entertainers, and all the professionals are booked 12 months in advance. You have to consider the risks of having treats such as bouncy castles and rides in the centre. There's the extra work for the staff, catering to organise and then you have the problem of having parents, children and siblings squashed into the centre and if you use the outdoor area, it could rain or be a hot day and the costs keep on climbing.

Fairy Queen Caroline will grant you a Christmas wish and alleviate all the hassle!

With over 15 years performance and event management experience, you and your clients are guaranteed a fantastic event that is EXCLUSIVELY for the childcare industry.

Parents and care givers attending are FREE of charge to enjoy the event. Ticket cost covers admission and all entertainment; there are no hidden extras, no sneaky surprises.

FOOD & DRINKS ARE NOT INCLUDED IN THE TICKET PRICE. Clients may take snacks into the venue, catering will be available for purchase, no obligation necessary.

The cost for a child registered at your centre is just over $2 per month.

This is a family day for your clients and families are welcome, however, this event is aimed at children between 12 months and 6 years of age. Entertainment and rides are not suitable for children over 8 years of age.

Child Care Association members benefit - 10% of your total invoice will be returned as a cheque to your centre upon final payment.

The Inaugural Christmas party for the Child care industry in WA.
Location: Perth Convention and Exhibition Centre
Date: Saturday 27 & Sunday 28 November 2010
Time: Two sessions – 9.00am – 1.00pm or 2.00pm – 6.00pm
Your centre will be allocated a date and session time.
Cost: For each child registered at a licensed child care centre in WA aged 12 months to 6 years $25.00 inc GST.
Parents and caregivers – NO CHARGE

How it works:

• REGISTER by email your centres interest in attending this fantastic event by Friday 30th April.
• Places are limited, are allocated on a first come first served basis and are calculated on the number of licensed places at your centre.
• We will contact you via email by 30th May 2010 to confirm your centres participation.
• Your centre will then be invoiced $250.00 as a non refundable deposit, payable by 30th June 2010.
• Your centre will then be invoiced $250.00 as a non refundable interim payment, payable by 31st August 2010.
• Your centre will confirm numbers of children attending by 30th September.
• We will invoice you for the balance, payable 31st October 2010.

REMEMBER: Parents and caregivers attending the party are free of charge.

Child care association members will have 10% of their total payment returned in a cheque to the centre within 14 days of us receiving final payment.

Example: Centre licensed for 30 children
Maximum outlay: $750.00
Your centre pays deposit $250 and interim payment $250.
By 30th September, you confirm numbers of children attending, allowing for any additions or withdrawals – e.g.: 28 children attending = $700.00 – $500.00 deposit = balance due $200.00.
Child care association members then receive 10% of $700.00 ($70.00) as a cheque refund made payable to your centre within 14 days of us receiving final payment.
Tickets will be mailed to you on receipt of final payment. We excitedly count down the sleeps until you, your children and your parents join us at the WA Child Care Industry Christmas Party!
